I have been dealing with Alex in the last four weeks for two reasons. I was a potential purchaser and went to an inspection at 82 Nancy St, North Bondi, Alex Udler who was the agent at the Open for Inspection, as all potential buyers do I asked ‘how much do you think this will sell for’, etc and for the first time in my dealings with Real Estate I had come across the most honest person in Alex.

He said a figure and I since now purchased the property for not too much more than what Alex had indicated, it was through his honesty and also his manner that I knew I wanted Alex to handle the sale of my home at 14 Vicars Avenue, North Bondi.

I sold Vicars Avenue on Tuesday of this week the 20th February at a price that I am still in total shock about and joy and pure elation – never in my wildest dreams would I have thought it would have fetched the price it did!! Obviously the house was in great condition and looked very presentable but I believe that it was Alex and the way he handled the whole situation that really got this most wonderful result.

I have sung the praises of both Alex and the fact that the whole team were so pleasant to deal with is a direct reflection on the principal being Alex Udler.
